BISP New Registration Via NSER Survey
For BISP 12500 new registration, NSER survey verification is mandated by Benazir Income Support Programme. Through the BISP programme, NSER Survey Registration Desks have been set up at BISP Tehsil Offices for all those who wish to register. Where to go to get your survey done This NSER survey is conducted for both eligible and non-eligible individuals. Details on how to get NSER Survey Confirmation are provided below.
- First, visit the NSER registration desk at your nearest BISP tehsil office to get your survey token.
- Then, on your turn, give the representative details on how to complete the survey verification.
- The NSER survey representative will provide a question and answer form in which you will have to provide all the information about yourself.
- Remember that the information you provide must be accurate as it is based on the information that you have qualified or disqualified in the survey.
- After that, you will be interviewed by an NSER survey representative. Personal information will be collected from you in this interview and stored in the database.
- After that, the computer will generate an SMS about your eligibility and disqualification. You will also be allotted a PMT score, on which you will register for Benazir Kafalat programme.

Benazir Kafalat Program Registration Procedure
If you are eligible for the NSER survey and your PMT score is less than 40, you can enroll for Benazir Kafalat program. The new procedure for BISP 12500 registration is given below. If you are registering for the first time you should follow this.
- Visit your nearest BISP tehsil office and inform the representative about your registration.
- During registration, you have to provide your National Identity Card and NSER Survey Slip to the representative.
- You will then be given a registration form by the BISP representative which you will have to fill and submit back.
- While submitting the form back, you should also attach a copy of your identity card and a copy of your household electricity and gas bill.
- Finally, your fingerprints will be verified by the representative after which your registration will be complete.
- After that, you will be verified by BISP Headquarters. If you verify successfully, you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171, which will provide your assistance amount and eligibility details.
BISP New Payment Update April 2024
Eligible beneficiaries of Benazir Kafalat Program who are already receiving assistance are informed that the government has released the quarterly installments. If you have not received the confirmation SMS yet, you can check your eligibility through the 8171 web portal and seek help from the nearest HBLE connect shop. It has been announced by the BISP program that not enough people have provided SMS to receive the installment. So they should check their eligibility using their ID card on the 8171 portal and get the installment after getting their thumb verification from the nearest shop.

Eligibility Criteria for New Registration
The Benazir Income Support Program has set eligibility criteria for inclusion of new people in the Benazir Sponsorship Program. This time, the government has tightened the eligibility criteria. Because many unnecessary people are receiving installments from Benazir Kafalat program. So, the government has now provided new eligibility criteria through which you can register yourself. Eligibility criteria are provided below.
- The applicant must be a resident of Pakistan and possess a CNIC card with a computerized chip.
- The applicant must not be a government employee nor has he ever received assistance from any government agency.
- Your monthly income should be less than 50 thousand.
- Applicant’s poverty score should be less than 30 as released by NSER survey.
- The applicant should not be involved in any illegal activities and should not have any criminal FIR against him.
- The petitioner has no residential house and is living in a rented house.
- The petitioner never opened his bank account.
- Applicant should not possess any kind of passport.
